Personalization

Most of the products we offer can be customized with your own text, name, or other unique option selections, such as color of the text.

For merchandise that can be personalized, you will see the option available on the product page as a required selection before adding it to your cart. 

Important Details about Personalized Products and Pricing

• If you are ordering different personalization for multiple products, do not use the quantity option. Instead, add each item to the cart individually. Verify each product has the correct personalized info.

• There is no additional price for personalized orders. Additional costs incurred due to Print-On-Demand services are calculated into our pricing.

• Orders are personalized in-house and through our third party fulfillment networks, and may take additional time to process, ship, and deliver.

• Please know that we try our best to provide accurate delivery times during your checkout process, but they are subject to change due to the custom made-to-order process.

• Personalized and Print-On-Demand orders may be processed and shipped from different fulfillment centers if you order multiple products.

• Returns and refunds are not accepted on personalized orders. 

• However, you are not responsible for incorrect, defect, or damaged products received.

You may opt-out and not personalize your order on some products. If you select this option, you will receive a Print-On-Demand version of the product with the main design, excluding the personalization.

Product pricing will not be reduced if you select this option, but will be considered for bulk orders and special order requests.

We offer special price savings on bulk orders of five items or more.

We also provide special order request services for additional pricing. Services include using your own font, design or business/company logo.
